Early Riser Decking and Fencing was co-founded by Chad Randell along side his two son's Mitch and Riley Randell. Co-Founder Chad Randell has been building and designing outdoor decks for 25 plus years along with teaching his two sons the skills of the trade for the past 8 plus years. Early Riser Decking and Fencing is locally owned and family operated decking contractors.

Mitch Randell is the co-owner of Early Riser Decking and Fencing, where he plays a vital role in managing brand awareness and serves as the lead installer. Known as the "workhorse" of the company, Mitch is dedicated to bringing high-quality craftsmanship to every project. His hands-on approach and expertise in installation ensure that clients receive exceptional service and results. With a strong focus on building the brand's reputation, Mitch works tirelessly to promote the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys playing semi-pro hockey and is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces for families to enjoy
