WHY BUILD A DECK WITH EARLY RISER DECKING AND FENCING?

WHY CHOOSE COMPOSITE / PVC, OVER PRESSURE TREATED WOOD? 

While pressure treated decks are a great budget friendly option, composite / PVC decking requires zero maintenance. A wood deck must be sanded and stained every two to three years, to prevent premature deterioration. Composite / PVC decks, on the other hand, simply need to be swept thoroughly, or washed with a garden hose to maintain its appearance. 

IS COMPOSITE / PVC TRUELY MAINTENANCE FREE?

Composite and PVC decking is not 100% maintenance free, but only requires the periodical sweep and wash of the decking with a garden hose and broom, to maintain the original shine and shimmer. Composite / PVC decking does not require annual maintenance.
