Early Riser Decking and Fencing will walk you through a maintenance plan on site. Annual washing and sealing of the pressure treated wood will prolong the life of the deck. Without annual washing and sealing of the pressure treated wood, it can rot and develop mold. However, with proper maintenance, the rot and mold development can be easily managed to make the deck last a life time. 

Pressure treated decking is an amazing, budget friendly decking option. Pressure treated materials have a lower up-front cost but does require annual maintenance. Pressure treated decking can be stained to match an assortment of design and colour options, making it a very adaptable product.
